Dianne Baker is a compassionate listener and a skilled therapist with more than 25 years of experience. She has experience working with individuals in life transition, grief and loss issues, career discernment, and struggling with depression and anxiety. She has worked in adolescent mental health, using group and individual modalities, and was a member of a Family Therapy team for nine years. Dianne has also worked as a therapist and group facilitator with adults who are neuro-diverse and/or living with cognitive disabilitites.
Dianne is creative in her approach, melding practices from various genres, with a clear emphasis on the unique and whole personhood of each client. She has training in the techniques including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
